I think so. when you give her a bath just gently wash it. if it keeps doing what it's doing in about a week or whenever you feel the need to, give her doctor a call. no harm in calling

@firstbaby_girl her stump fell off at two weeks. and I had ten check Jr the day before it fell off they said it looked good. But now I guess it's still healing?

if you feel worried about it though call your babies doctor. nothing wrong with asking questions when it comes to your little one.
