Awww poor mommy!!! It'll take about a good month try leaving the lights on or making it bright in the daytime to help your little distinguish between day and night.
:( I remember those days it gets better then your wondering should I wake them up to eat lol trying your hardest to keep them on a schedule helped alot! baby girl had her days nd nights confused now sleeps the whole night 👌

it Def gets better! my daughter started giving me full nights of sleep around 3 months. 2 months it would be once at night.... believe me hunny it DOES GET EASIER! I was feeling the same way as you
I know it's tough I remember sleeping in shower lol. Just during the day try to keep them up more let then nap not sleep for more than 2 at a time then right before ur ready for bed take them a bath that purple calming one, feed em right before u sleep fee days they usually get it my friend told me this nd I love her lol. good luck !
My son sleeps during the day too I can take him outside in the bright sun mess with him and he's still sleeping. So what I've done is if he wants to sleep during the day fine but around 8 I try and keep him up till at least 10 then I'll change him and try to nurse him to sleep. Since I've been doing that he will be asleep by 11 wake up at 3am then 5am then 6am hey that's better then before, before he was waking up every half an hour. What I've come to realize is when he's sleeping during the day well then hey welcome back naps

Sleep will come, don't worry just remember these newborn days will be gone before you know it, try to enjoy them.

Just start a routine for night time good bath bottle and keep the lights down low and the house peaceful at night
