soooo when your stomach gets like inflated and gets hard does that mean its a contraction?? today my back started to hurt so baf i couldnt move...then my stomach would start to inflate and get hard nd then my back would hurt again...if thats not a contraction then what are signs of it...first time mom here please dont judge. i googled it but still dont know

omg cuz nothing else hurts but my stomach nd my stomach gets hard...i have an appoinment this saturday so ama ask my doctor. @mommyof3tobe @princesswasiq

If you go to the hospital they will send you home. Just relax and bare through them. Most likely they will stop @joana

There practice contractions, lay on your left side with pillows between your legs and under your belly and put a heating pad on your back. If you have 4-5 in an hour go to labor and delivery they'll just send you home if they're over 6 minutes apart .
