If baby drinks it you'll produce more. Supply and demand. If you don't want to breast feed, take a hot shower and massage them or I've heard putting cold lettuce leaves on them works too.

If you pump or feed they are just going to continue to produce you just have to endure the pain so they can dry up hun 😕

You can but its only going to take a lot longer to dry it up and you will keep having the same problem. You should call your doctor sometimes they have something they can give you to dry it up :)

are you wanting to breast feed? if you do and you have the milk then you really should feed it too your baby. seriously is so good for them. also, you could donate it if you pump it. there are mothers who cant produce milk. its very few but there are some out there. and also people pay for it too because a lot of moms lose their supply.

@05twonine15 if you are don't want to breastfeed then don't give it the the baby. The more the baby either drinks it straight from the breast or you pump or express it the longer it will take to get the milk dried up. I chose not to breastfeed my daughter but when my milk came in I didn't touchy. breast. I put pads in them and pit ice packs on them for the pain. The process of it drying up is painful because they get engorged but it goes away withing a few days. I didn't take any pill to dry them up. I just avoided warm or hot water hitting them and do not express the milk with your hand. let them leak on their own.

cold cabbage wraps are supposed to help...or at least thats what i have read. good luck!
