Yeah it comes in waves for me. Worse when I'm stressed at work 😕

I have it soooo bad 😞

I go to school full time, run ands operate a cleaning business, mom to 3 kids, wife to my living lazy husband, and almost 24 weeks pregnant. I'm overwhelmed. @danamarie @paradisemama

Honestly I don't have a remedy . I have to breathe & cry through it most the time . It sucks

@paradisemama, I'm to a point where I'm not being nice to anyone I love and it's breaking my heart.

I would try talking to your dr . He may not be able to prescribe any medication but might have other solutions

From all the research I've done, and talking to multiple doc's you can be on SSRI's with almost no side effects to the baby. That said I've been super mean myself and don't want to take them, but am considering it given how crazy/emotional I get every day. It's like a damn roller coaster. I guess do what the doc's say is okay for you and I am here to vent if you need it! We all need support from someone going through the same stuff 💙💙💙💙 big hugs

I'm gonna try the natural oils to see if it helps, if not at my next visit I will talk to the dr about it. @paradisemama

I'm definitely going to try natural relief first. @danamarie I'll try meds as a last resort.
