his rectal temp is 99.3, his daddy is gonna keep an eye on it while he has him this weekend. thanks ladies

a fever is anything over 100.3 so my doctor says

@linksmommy, it might not be reading right because you are doing it under the armpit. He might have a slight temperature but it's not reading right due to not being rectal. I would definitely go to the store and get a rectal ASAP and take it again to make sure.

ohhh ok then. rectal is so much better. but armpit is good also. I would just keep an eye on him make sure he don't get to hot

I took his temp under his arm, don't have a rectal thermometer. I'll get one tonight.

98.3 is Normal. I wouldn't worry unless it goes up.. (undress him)
