Yes, it can be a sign.. But doesn't mean it's soon, could be a few weeks still.. And eat yogurt and crackers..

it can be a sign, but it can also be from something to ate as well.

blahh I don't like this ..I do but I don't cuz I've been so constipated but running to the bathroom every 5 minutes is no fun lol @jackee856 and thank you @yourmommylovesyou I will try some yogurt and crackers no food for me today
