I'm 3cm dilated and almost 38 weeks but they keep saying my baby is high :( is that bad!?!

no it's not bad. baby will come down eventually.

it's not bad but baby needs to be low in order for you to give birth vaginally! walk, do squats, bounce on a ball or the edge of your bed.

walk as much as you can
