Hey Mommies !I have a question , to be dilated 1 centimeter do you have to be effaced at all ? Im not sure if you can be 0% effaced and dilated 1 centimeter ... kinda confusing buttt let me know Please & Thank You !

Alright ladies! I finally progressed! I'm finally a centimeter dilated, 50-60% effaced and she's at a -3 making her way down. She's weighing 8lbs and is in the 90 percentile! ❤ Oh and she did a membrane sweep!
It's weird but you can be dilated no effaced. effaced no dilated. it's so weird
