I WANTED time to go by faster with my son. I hated the newborn thing. Now he's 3 and this is almost perfect. Self efficient enough to not need me to be there with him every second but young enough to want to snuggle with me occasionally.

@kimberlyyyy, my friend thinks I'm crazy when I say I WANT to skip the newborn phase and go straight to 2/3 yrs old when my child is more self sufficient but still wants their mommy every now and then lol

Yeah but they're so sweet when they're little. When they're older they have attitude; they're really their own person at 2-3 and sometimes I miss him being s newborn, which I guess is why I'm pregnant again? So I can have another baby to snuggle with.
