He doesn't even want the baby lol he has another baby in the way and two other kids already here. So I think if I put him on the certificate he wouldn't do shit. I just wanna be able to file for child support. @gillianamy @jamie_renea03 would yall recommend that I do put him on there? I just don't know what to do

Rights to the baby. Honestly, I wouldn't sign anything for anyone else. If things weren't to work out and his name wasn't on the birth certificate and you were going for child support, he would then have to get a DNA test done if he denies paternity.

If you don't put his name down in order to get his legal parental rights ordered he'd need to go through court and take a DNA test to prove he's biologically the father. Once proved to be the biological father he would then be righted as the legal father.

He'll have parental rights. Visitation or custody.
