When do you start dialating? is it only when you have to go into labor or can it happen a few week…

it can happen a few weeks early you can be a couple cent. dilated for a couple of weeks

I start dilating a month before my due date

does it hurt? What does it feel like??

I Dialated to a 1 and lost my mucus plug then 4 hrs later my water broke and I had my lil one 12 hrs later. I don't think you can feel the dialation... I didn't know I was dialating but I was in labor so I had alot of pressure due to baby comin so..but it's ddifferent for everyone. @hazelsmommy27

Oh okay and when does the mucus plug fall out is it big?? Like should I be worried about wearing a dress?
