I've always struggled with depression, but depression during pregnancy is even worse. I feel trapped because I want to take the pain away, but I would never want to hurt my baby girl. I feel like a bad mother because I just don't want to live sometimes. I would never take back being pregnant with my daughter, I love her so so much. I just wish I wasn't like this. She doesn't deserve to have to grow up with someone who has so many emotional issues like I do.

The best thing you can do is talk to your doctor. You have to do whatever you can for your baby and yourself. You do not have to suffer and things will get better. I had to go back on my medication because I was spiraling during my pregnancy and it was bad for everyone. There is hope and a solution. God bless you.

I'm crying to the point that I can't even breathe and I'm just scared for my baby. I feel so lonely; my boyfriend sees me cry and just acts like I'm being crazy. I have no vehicle right now and he just left for work and I'm just stuck here alone and I feel like no one understands. This is the worst feeling in the world and I feel like all my crying and stressing is hurting my daughter. @queeneden

I know exactly what you're feeling and it is very scary. If I were you, I would make an appointment with my doctor, pray, and then take a long walk to try and get some fresh air and ease your mind. Your baby can feel your emotions and I was scared for my daughter too and that's what led me to talking to my doctor. At some point, medication is your solution. And it's a serious deal. It's also therapeutic to write it out and put everything on paper. Just keep reminding yourself that you will get better. I promise you will. I never thought I would make it out of the dark place I was in, but slowly I'm crawling out now. It's a journey to the other side, but you and your little one are worth it. Your boyfriend won't understand if he has never been in that position, so don't get down when he doesn't get you. Just know you are not alone, but things will be okay.
