So I coughed really hard about half hour ago. It was immediately painful through my abdomen and even [sorry for tmi] kinda through my a$$. Now it hurts to move that area and if I cough or sneeze I want to cry. My hubby had to come help me because it hurt so bad I couldn't move
Is this normal? Did I hurt myself? Is it even possible to hurt myself this way?

Sounds like round ligament pain. You basically have to brace yourself before any cough, laugh, or sneeze. Sucks so bad but if you lay in a position that doesn't hurt, it should pass.

Round ligament pain. cough sneeze move to fast etc it will be a sharp pain. that should only last a few seconds.
