My son has a severe milk allergy. He is also allergic to casein, which is a milk protein. For some reason, when a baby is allergic to milk or having problems like this, the doctors give these formulas that still have MILK. The one she's on has both milk protein (broken down yet still present) and casein, which without an allergy test to rule out, she could very well be allergic to. She's reacting like she's allergic to what she's ingesting. My suggesting is to avoid all formulas with any type of cows milk proteins and casein and see how she does. Start with soy just because it's readily available, if you haven't already. She may need to switch to something like goats milk formula. Do some research on this and see what you can do. I pray this helps. My son is now 8 and we avoid dairy products like the plague. He also has an epipen.

Correction* instead of suggesting a formula, I should have just said research this topic and talk with her doctors about alternatives. I pray this helps.

@queeneden, this is her 6th formula switch, the said if this doesn't work we have to see a gi specialist and possibly put a tube in for a few weeks..
