omg you look great yeah the best feeding is helping alot i had dropped 30 lbs in the first 2 weeks and im not sure how much more these last 2 weeks i get weighed again tomorrow. im starting to go to gym next week.
Truthfully I just watch what I eat. i tend to eat one meal a day and for the rest of the day when i get hungry i munch on fruits also drink plenty of water when I gave birth breastfeeding helped a lot as well .. and thats what i practically did the first time i lost almost 60 pounds .. most of my life I was heavy weighing nearly 200 pounds (heres a pic my sister made of me) BRACE YOURSELF lol

i drink water but i need to drink more. i eat fruit but as far as food im very picky and pregnancy had me even more picky and i still can't seem to eat the stuff i didnt eat when i was pregnant so im very limited
