I used the ovia period tracker. it was very accurate to me and it was a huge help for us. It shows exactly when we needed to have sex to conceive

Start saving money. Check local facebook garage sale and or mom pages nearby to see others are selling baby stuff, get an idea of things you would need. Save up as much money as possible. Make sure you and your partner are fully committed to each other. Don't go behind his back to make a baby- it needs to be a mutual team effort. Make sure sex is FUN and not just a chore. Download a period/ovulation app (I used Glow). Track your cycles so you can learn when you will ovulate. Take ovulation tests and have sex accordingly. You can take prenatals before getting pregnant. Don't drink, smoke, make sure to eat healthily foods- make sure your partner does the same. Make sure you're in a stable place in life to have a child. Make sure you have supportive friends and family. Again, save money!
