That's joint custody, love. If you get full custody, you have ever right to tell him he can't see the kid. If you have joint custody, he can take you to court for not letting him see the kid... But usually, with joint custody, the judge works out the schedule of rights... the one who can take better care, makes more money, is more stable is usually the one to get the child most.

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. it's joint custody. That's what happened with me and my brother. my dad got us every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. And one weekend a month. Eventually I stopped going with my dad fully and the judge changed it so my brother went with my dad every other week.
