in all honesty why risk it? they say one glass of wine is OK but I'd wait until at least baby is born

I think red wine once a week after the 2nd trimester is the only thing that some say is okay.

one glass of red wine during the 3rd trimester is okay. I didn't do it but it's all personal choice.

I know women who drank every day throughout their pregnancy and we're fine. That said I don't think one once in awhile will make a huge difference - but everyone is different. I'm trying not to drink at all but there are days that make it difficult and text me! 😀
