I went to the doctors today to find out my blood pressure has spiked.. I'm doing a 24 hour urine test to see if I have preeclampsia. Please pray for me. I am absolutely terrified!

Not when I went to my appointment Friday. But my mom checks it everyday and it's been abnormal. She's a nurse and thinks I may have it or I wouldn't be worried.
I've had the exact symptoms and I gained 8 pounds in two weeks when I had only gained 9 my whole pregnancy before that. My mom and sister both had preeclampsia and I'm super worried I have it to. I've been dizzy a lot, I'm swollen everywhere, and my vision gets blurry a lot. I told my doctor all of this and he isn't concerned at all-_- he just told me to stop eating so much junk good because it's unhealthy for my son. But I barley eat junk food.
It's so scary! I'm laying in bed and I feel like my heart is pounding. I really want them to give me the steroids to strengthen his lungs and induce me just because I know so much can go wrong with having this issue. I just want my baby to be ok. I will be praying for you! @mumsy101
I've had the same but my doctor doesn't seem too worried about it. They just called me and told me my babys growth has slowed down and scheduled me for another ultrasound on Monday. Wondering if there's not something wrong with me /:
