Everything dairy is making me sick and I'm normally not lactose and intolerant..... Darn baby! I love everything dairy lol

I went threw that in the beginning girl it made my tummy hurt so bad. so I cut back a little bug I'm fine now. good luck!

Dairy allergy
It appears that my daughter (17 days old) has a dairy allergy. I will be calling her pediatrician on Monday, but I need to start eliminating the cause from my diet before then. Any of you who have experience with this, what do I need to stop eating? I know it's the milk proteins, not necessarily lactose, but I'm not sure what all that encompasses. Also, what do I feed her in the mean time? My milk is going to continue to upset her tummy until the dairy is out.

*i never realized how much dairy I eat until I go shopping and look for milk free products! It was so hard and time consuming! Plus i can't eat anything spicy! (My baby has a dairy allergy)
My dr said it was safe :) I know some lactose free products have the lactase enzyme in it but my stomach still can't handle it
