When is a good time to dye hair? And any recommendation on what to use?

it's recommended to wait until your 2nd trimester and you can dye your own hair just do it in a well ventilated area

they say no dying till like the third trimester

Unless you do Demi permanent which is 99% naturally derived

Salon for sure and go to an Aveda salon. 97% naturally derived and that three percent is the ammonia which you need for permanent color.

I recommend going to a salon that uses pravana products. they don't have all the harsh chemicals. I've dyed my hair once so far and my son's happy and growing like he should
