Had an appointment tomorrow and was supposed to be scheduling my induction. Well the office calls me today and says my doctor gave birth to her daughter and they can't get me in until Friday! My dr wasn't due for three weeks. I know it's selfish but I don't want a dr that I've never met delivering my daughter.

My doctor didn't deliver my son, I just got the doctor that was on call when it was time.
:( I'm not happy about the situation at all. when I was there last week I was 3cm dilated and she said if nothing happened by this week we would induce. Now I get to see a Doctor I've never met before and wait two extra days to be seen.
I'm due August 2nd and my Dr says the baby is larger than average and may come as early as 4 weeks early. He is on vacation on my projected early delivery date..... not happy at all.
My doctor didn't deliver my son either. The one who did was really nice though. But I know how you feel.
