Do any moms on here work while pregnant? i used to be a stay at home mom for like 10 years.. now that my life has changed for the better.. i am going back to work while pregnant.. what advice do you working mothers give to another working mom ?

take as many breaks as you need and don't overdue it. just listen to your body 😊

try your hardest not to stress and lift too much take lots of breaks lol I did I worked till 38 weeks it was so exhausting but I know mom's who did it up till birth!
I really don't understand the judgment between being a working mom or a stay at home mom. If you need to work, work. If not, don't. No need to degrade other women for doing the opposite of you. 🤷🏻 ♀ 🤷🏻 ♀

I know i sound bad. But, does any moms still smoke while pregnant?
My doctor also recommended me getting the flu shot while pregnant ? I'm not sure if I want to or if i should ? It's all scary to me !! What do you ladies think ? Did you get the flu shot while pregnant ? Are there any risks? Or should I wait ? I'm so scared of taking anything while pregnant , much less getting this shot.. He said it isn't mandatory , just recommended.

I'm 29 weeks (tomorrow) pregnant, and I work 5 days a week, 4-6hour shifts. I'm a server. So, I am the definition of "being on your feet" the entire time. I work at the Cheesecake Factory, so, I had to cut back to only carrying two - three plates at a time because three plates alone weight 20lbs. That's the only difference I've had to make. I'm going to try and work up to three weeks before my due date, only because the amount of exercise I get while working I think will really help keep me active and have a smoother delevery (hopefully!). 😊
