Yes I just had my postpartum and they prescribed me the one pill you can take breastfeeding.

I'm getting the paragard and it doesn't have any hormones. It is an IUD, but hormone free. I've never tried an IUD before I've always taken the pill.

I'll have to research it more, because I REALLY dislike artificial hormones.

I decided to just use condoms. I didn't want anything being put in me in any way. I know it would affect my cycle. and I didn't want that.

me achael630, I actually took a class on it and how to do it properly. It's a lot more involved then just tracking. After so long I know my bodies signs, so I don't physically need to write anything down and chart anymore, but I did for many years.

@squishymommy1, can I ask how you did it? Last time I did I used an app, but I feel like there is more to it than that.

I've heard of that one, I'll have to look into it.. I don't do well with artificial hormones, so it usually has to be a low dose.

@rachael630, I used the implanon I think they call it the Nexplanon now. it's good for 3yrs and they put it in the muscle in your upper arm. my worked for me.
