I am 32 weeks and a first time mom. I am so worried about leaving my baby with her dad when I go back to work. I trust him but he has no experience what so ever. He will have her from 5pm until 11pm. Am I over reacting?

I wish I could be a stay at home mom. But I love being a nurse and have to have adult interaction lol

Teach him.. He's the dad he has to learn sooner or later, unless you never go back to work..

no you're not. show him how you do things so he will get you're routine down

I hope so. I'm taking 8 weeks off and will only be working 2-3 days a week but 16 hour shifts.

i worry sometimes too. you just gotta trust him and let him learn. he should get the general idea of it down before you go back to work :)

show him what to do. he'll never learn unless he's shown & then has the opportunity to try it on his own by himself. they need the bonding time as well.
