You guys how does the early contractions feel? I'm not sure if it's cramps or contractions π I thought cramp feeling is there kind of constantly & contractions come and go. what m feeling is crampy feeling down in my abdomen kind of sharp but then it goes away. I'm confused now π

i read it starts out feeling like menstruel cramps and gets stronger with tightening, some people get back pain and others don't. Reason being it because it depends on the babies position, if their spine is facing your spine then you get back labor.
@boots, ooo wow yeah yours all happen really fast I remember reading your birth story. Ahh this so confusing π I feel like a dummy lol and I even forgot what cramps feel like hahah
@jassyburton62612, oo okay. Mine feels like sharp pain but no lower back pain tho π
It felt like period cramps for me but since I was induced it was prob a lil different than what you will experience! It went from period cramping to full on labor so quickly it was hard to tell when I started getting real contractions
