sometimes when I sneeze I have a really bad lower abdomen pain, can anybody explain this??

Round ligament pain is very sharp pain when you get up to fast laugh sneeze etc. that's probably what it is. my opinion. I have R.L.P every so often.

It helps to cradle your belly, bend over a little or lift your knee. Of course, that only will work if you know it's coming. ;)
