Hair dying while pregnant???

Yeah my doctor told me not to but I have to, I can't keep working at my job making minimum wage only working 10.hours a week, I'm dying it regardless of what my doctor said because I know there's nothing worn and I start a new job tomorrow that requires natural hair colors, (mine is purple right now)

I have been a cosmetologist for 6 years its okay to dye your hair. The reason as to why the dont dye your hair while your pregnant was the fact hormones affect your hair strand making it harder to get the desired look you want. Dying it wknt hurt baby at all.

I did it! Just make sure it's ammonia free. And what @itssami4 said. Olia is ok to use. That's what I also used and I loved it!

I used that "olia" hair dye. No ammonia smell! It's made with flower oils, but it's permanent!

Yeah it's totally fine. If it makes you feel more comfortable buy amonia free.

Okay thanks Bc I haven't done it since February 13 & my red is fading bad.

My doc said it was ok when I asked in first trimester. Just dyed mine yesterday. You're not supposed to massage any dye into your scalp but if you do it's not nearly enough to absorb and make its way to baby :)
