I had my BF look it's scabs :/

Are you positive they are scabs and not just dirt clusters?? I have a hard time cleaning my belly button (mine is still there at 33 weeks and 2 days). Dirt kinda builds up in there and I have to take soapy water and a q-tip to clean it out... Gross I know
