Birth Story: April 25th was my Baby Shower and towards the evening after all the running around I thought I was having Braxton hicks. I got home and was sitting on the couch and about 9:45 I decided to start timing because the contractions because it was becoming more frequent and more intense. They kept up every 2-3 minutes lasting 45-50 seconds long. I called the dr on call and he suggested I go in because after relaxing it shouldn't be getting more intense. Hubby and I headed over to L&D at 11:30pm and I came in at 3cm dilated and I was having contractions every 2-3 minutes. Dr. wanted me on fluids to see if we could stop the contractions possibly from the hustle and bustle from the day. About 40 minutes later they checked me again and I was dilated to 4&1/2 almost 5. They then moved us to the delivery room where contractions were becoming more intense. They checked me at about 6am and I was 8cm. It was time for the home stretch. I kept saying I can't do this I want the epidural and then I would say right after no no no I can do this I. am almost there. Give myself a little pep talk. my hubby was so amazing encouraging me! He was honestly amazing! At 9am they checked me and it was time to push. Who knew pushing would feel so amazing! I then was told to stop pushing because the dr was delivering another baby and wasn't ready. that was hard I was ready haha. the dr walked in and was putting on all her draping and I asked can i push? she told me to go ahead. I pushed once and she turned and looked and said wait wait wait I need my gloves haha. I was ready. then at 9:42 my precious little one made her arrival. Because she was early I only had about 5 minutes with her for skin to skin before they took her to nicu. She is doing great and all her numbers are great hopefully we can take her home in a week if not 2 wks we should be able to.
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
the amount of women who are clueless about their own anatomy is so sad and shocking. a lot of the women are older than me and have more children then I do 😳
now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.

Religion Conspiracy/Theory
**This is not to bash peoples religion and beliefs but to talk about our own theories and ideas** I would like to discuss a certain topic that came to mind after talking to my SO. I know some of you ladies like a good conspiracy talk so i would like to have a good discussion and hear thoughts of others. So back story my SO friends got very offended when he mentioned not believing in god or religion and it got me thinking. Is religion a failing form of goverment cont...

Does this look like a dog? If so, what kind? Someone posted it on a lost dog Facebook page and said that she is very skinny and looks like she's been on her own for a while. She kind of looks like a baby fox or coyote to me.
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
@elbellxo, @junebaby @_keedashh @may24th @angelmommy2 @excitedmomtobe thank you ladies! I was 35 weeks and she was grunting while breathing. kinda like it was hard for her but nothing to serious thankfully. she just needs some monitoring.
