She has a daughter who just had a baby too. @Californiahaley. I heard other girls talk about taking lactation cookies and drinking lots of water. her supply should be there for 4 weeks but maybe even pumping might help with building her supply up.

Supply probably isn't regulated just yet but if you're worried you can drink mothers milk tea and take funegreek
