It's only on one side and that's my right side I've tried everything the heating pad helps for about 5 mins, Tylenol relives it for a lil while but can only take so much of that, laying on my side don't work but once I get comfortable I am able to fall asleep and the pain goes away
Then in all honesty, you'll probably end up like me and have to suffer. :/ Walking have helped a bit, if I walk around, it loosens up everything and causes less tension.. but Once you start, you have to continue or as soon as you stop you'll be in even worse pain then before.. trust me, I know.. I was walking every day when I first got pregnant, then just stopped. because I was too tired.. now, my back feels like someone has shattered every single bone with a hammer.. :/
Lay on it. Mine doesn't hurt if I'm laying on it.. but other then that, I'm miserable and nothing helps. :/
