are these Braxton hicks or contractions... today was the baby shower so I may have over exerted myself... stomach tightening a little pain, more uncomfortable, feel it in my belly and lower back and feeling pressure in my bum region... baby is still moving just don't know what to expect and it is a little early...

Since baby is still moving they will just tell u to time them, drink water, blah blah. They won't have u come in unless you said you haven't felt baby move.
@kirstenxoxo yeah exactly how I feel... and seemed like more discharge than normal or I thought it was discharge... should I wait to see if they go away...
Yes to contractions. I was having contractions but just thought they were strong BH. And a lot of pressure by my butt like I had to poop.
