I'm 37 weeks , how do I know im having real contractions and not just Braxton Hicks?

they start off like period cramps but as they got stronger I started feeling them in my back...have u started timing them ?

no .. I don't think I have them. I mean I had maybe one yesterday and like 3 today. I think it's probably too soon to time them I guess. @kaymariah
