Help my milk duct keeps getting clogged

@schevanya same having a hard time finding a balance between me and mommy. Also hormonal about husband not spending enough time with us or taking care of Olivia, im with her all night and day come on.

warm pad before pumping then massage before and after pumping, after u pump puy some cold cloth and MASSAGE all the time.. That's how my went down I got on my both boobs twice

hmmm then you might have to see a doctor about that but I think if u just keep on even if it hurts it will go away

@lilmomma817 just did that no milk came.out only got 2oz of milk and my left boob still hurts in that on spot. Just tried to have my husband massage it out, its a little better but still present.

yeah take a hot shower n while the water hits your breast try massaging them n right after u get out the shower massage them again try squeezing some milk out n then pump

I kinda get the same problem I always pump n while I pump I like hand massage them
