Anyone out there that had a natural birth with spd or did it affect labour at all? Mine has got unbearable this past week, I don't know how much more I can take! Thinking about going to 42 weeks is scaring the shit out of me!

Oh no @charlie1510 ! Didn't even think about that!! May have to punch a midwife if they try and separate my legs in stirrups lol!! xx

Yes I tried that too. Definitely helped with the pain. Unfortunately it slowed my contractions right down so I had to get out xx

I did. Physio had told me not to let them put me in stirrups but when I said that in labour they just laughed and stuck me in stirrups anyway 😔. An epidural helps 😉

That's alright then, I was panicking as I can't walk at the moment. I am planning on a water birth as long as it's available when I get there...I really hope it is as the bath is the only time I'm not in pain. I know it sounds weird but if I use the ball (which I have been like crazy) It hurts ten times more afterwards x

Oh and use gym ball it helps sooooo much

I did hun. No it doesnt you kinda firget the pain with the painful contractions. But they try not to put u onur back if uts really bad. Its either water birth so u dont feel the spd or on all four or on ur knees.
