I read diarrhea is a sign labor is on its way soon .... Is that true??

I was wandering the same thing I been having diarrhea for the last 2 days

I had diarrhea 4 days before

i was always constipated

They say that cause basically your muscles are loosening up and your body is trying to et everything out for labor it's not for sure just like everything else like loosing your mucas plug isn't a for sure sign but can be
