I have this dull lower back pain. I did some research and it comes up as labor signs. I also have cramps period like. I'm only 18 weeks. Please has anyone experienced this? I had a miscarriage before and I'm just scared.

It happens. I lost 10, and started to get a bump.

@airmid72, thx but its so weird I feel like I'm getting bigger i even have a small bump but according to the scale I haven't gained not 1 pound

It could also just be because your center of gravity is shifting. Extra weight added to your back.
