Also, what are the best all around prenatals that include everything you need when you're preggers? Like zinc, omega-3, dha, and allll the manyy other good stuff. Any suggestions? Preferably prenatals that come packaged together or something like that. Doctor wants to prescribe me NexaPlus but I've noticed on the list of ingredients that it doesn't actually cover all the bases.

if your doctor prescribed it I'm sure its enough. whatever you don't get from the prenatal you will get from the foods you eat and the things you drink.

I mean like everyday? I'll be the first to admit.. I take them like once every blue moon. I'm trying to get better at it though. I forget easily, plus I don't like being constipated!

in the beginning I took one a days because I didn't get an appointment with my doctor until I was 10 weeks It came with the dha pills so u took 2 pills instead of one
