I was just looking up how much my baby should weigh at me being 38 weeks pregnant. It says 6.8 pounds. But my baby weight only 5 pounds on the dot. But my doctor says it's perfect. I'm thinking if I hold her untill my due date maybe she can gain weight....but says baby won't get much bigger. idk just random.

my dr said my baby is small and will be small upon arrival. but that its nothing to worry about.
small babies arent any less healthy. My baby is small as well
my oldest and youngest were 38 weeks babies and weighed 5.14 and 5.6. perfectly healthy though. my others were 39 weeks and 7.9 and 8.10
I had mine done at the doctors and ultrasound 3d- 4D that's what my friends said so I didn't tell tge tech at the doctors office how much the 3d place said or gender to see what she said. she said the exact same weight and gender. But I know what you mean. @iloveni0820
the ultrasound aren't always correct. the doctors kept telling me I was going to have a big baby so I had to cut sugar and sweets out of diet completely from week 32 and my daughter came out 6 lbs. and that's with me still eating some sugar and sweets.
