What should baby wear in the hospital after delivery? Onsie, pants, socks, mittens, hat? Or less?

I packed onsies, pants, mittens socks and hats for my little man. :)

Mine just wore a diaper but he was born end if June it was hot. Then just a onesie and shorts going home.

Jammies and a hat, for all of mine.

My daughter wore a sleeper and a hat plus socks on her hands (the mittens won't stay on socks work better😉) but she was a February baby and there was a snowstorm when she was born

i just put jammies and a onesie with a hat but if i swaddle her just a onesie and socks with a hat

my son wore a lot of different outfits while we were in the hospital (i was just so excited to dress him up) but he was a winter baby so his going home outfit was long sleeve thermal shirt & matching pants with a hat, mittens, & socks with a warm vest. but since it's warming up I wouldn't over dress.
