14 hrs is actually short some ladies who get induced are in labor for days ... my sister was in labor for 2 ..me it took 5pm to 5:55am

8 hrs. I got epidural at 3cm. contractions hurt bad . then no pain. pushed for less than 30 min.

I was induced only because the labor wasn't moving along its different for everybody. But I was in labor for 14 hours

jjbaby0902 @khefner812, yes pitocin gets the contractions going more consistently which in turn will dilate you more.
