Mommies who went into preterm labor and receive a shot to stop contractions was everything ok after or what happen?

@sunshinelovesu, when they checked me the one time I wasn't yet since I was only 23 weeks but my cervix was thinning. if you're dilated like a 1 don't worry some ladies are stuck there for a while. unless doc is concerned you should be okay.

no im still at the hospital..staying here till i have baby, i feel good for the most part. i get the occasional contractions but they go away and im 5cm dilated..been like that for a little over a week @sunshinelovesu

I've had 5+ shots & was on home meds since 23 weeks. i had a million hospital visits but I made it to 36 weeks when we thought 30 weeks would be pushing it. not on them anymore since I can have him now but I'd say they helped a lot.

but it did help with the contractions

not sure if it was the same shot or not but couple days ago i was having pretty consistent contractions and they gave me a shot to kind of relax me and stop the contractions, it made me reallly sleepyyy
