I really wish my baby father wasn't my baby father! I cannot stand him not one bit he so fuckin annoying!!! If I could run away with my baby so he could never see him again I would but that would be "kidnapping" smh tf??? kidnapping?? he came out of MY vagina!!

you can take him it's not kidnapping because your the parent. it would only be kidnappin g if their was a court order.

It wouldn't be kidnapping, unless the father was making an effort and ended up getting a court order to see your son, you can do what you want with him.
