I am sorry I was wrong sperm will not dilate you but it will thin out your cervix

I was told not to have sex when I was dilated because the sperm can make you dilate more also just anything in the vagina can make you contract with if they bed bad enough you will dilate I would just ask your ob before you do and see what they say
