Does anyone use mothers milk tea? Does it work?

The max of 3cups a day if you start now start pumping and saving it so your boobs get ready and then you can always feed her the stuff you pump i started it afer she was born but they eat more than what you pump

But i stopped bc now i have clogged ducts bc i have to much milk lol

it worked in the beginning for me then it stopped

@forever_1127, how long did you ppm for on each side while drinking the tea? I get about as much as you in the first picture but I want to go back to breastfeeding but my son won't latch properly so I have to just pump (seen several lactation nurses and doctors). What do you recommend? I plan to drink the tea and take fenugreek but how exactly should I be pumping ect?

Well my pump has both sides so i just turn it on a let it go maybe for a hour and if i dont see any change i stop then wait tell i feel readt enough to pump again then i try again so just keep trying and get you boobs in a routine but out do it!! @chhaya

And i spread the tea out to three times a day one in the morning another in the afternoon then at night before bed you can also pump at those time give the tea a hour to kick in then go pump for maybe a hour then stop and wait tell next time you drink the tea either way works

I started of with one cup a day though bc i was scared and it still worked i would wait tell before bed though to pump when i did one cup a day
