Saw a woman walking and nursing her child, who was like three times the size of my son, and through a grocery store!! So impressed... I wish I could do that! This picture is the first time I ever nursed my son... My little EJ... 💕❤️

in the hospital i had to get up and walk so i wouldn't get clots in my legs (cuz i got one on my pelvic bone, internally) and i found that the football hold was easiest because there was more support from more of my arm.
I just cradle him basically but I slip on arm through his top leg so the other dangles and turns him more tummy to tummy. It took a LOT of time and practice before getting the hang of it.
can you give me some advice on how to make it easier? Like what position do you use while walking? I think one of my problems is I have bad wrists, but any tips would be helpful! @californiahaley
It gets easier. I can walk and nurse my son who's 25 pounds. People tend to be impressed
when I walk while feeding my baby chokes lol,?
