@hayleymarie, do u use a manual pump ?

@stephg4, no...I have a Freemie freedom pump I could never pump that much with a manual but exclusively pumping requires having a pumping schedule and sticking to it, consuming things to up your supply, and setting time aside to get some skin to skin in because it helps your production and you don't get skin to skin from just feeding

This will be my fourth child but I always give up after a month I'm determined to go for longer this time just can't afford a super expensive pimp

@stephg4, have you checked with your insurance to see if they cover one? Most insurances do like BCBS & medicaid I know for sure do and if you have WIC I know a lot of times you can get one from them though I think you have to return the one from WIC when you're done with it the Freemie freedom is $200 but personally I think it's worth it and will pay for itself with the money not being spent on formula you may be able to find one on EBay or craigslist just be sure to sterilize it by boiling the parts before using
