I haven't received mines either n they always putting me on hold

I got my sons like a couple days after I signed him up on it.

@mariahappy, @caydensmommy when I was pregnant I did my app online and it got sent to the wrong county through their system I've called trying to get it transferred 5 times (once while pregnant and 4 while trying to get my daughter on it and get her card) they aren't doing shit for me and I'm getting really pissed cause Friday I just had to pay $20 for an eczema ointment that medicaid would've covered & that's $20 that we could have used on diapers/wipes or other things she needs 😔

I don't have Medicaid, I just went when my son was born and filled everything out for him to get it. Got his insurance card a couple days later. They have sent me like 5 copies of it

@caydensmommy, I only got it for my pregnancy stuff cause my moms insurance covers me but barely covered any of the pregnacy so medicaid picked up the rest ...it should have been much easier for me since we've been already approved but it's been just a major hassle 😩

Have you tried going to social services?
